INSURANCE VERIFICATION

By financing your vehicle with the Credit Union, you agree to obtain and continue a full coverage auto insurance policy on the vehicle.  The requirements of the policy are:

It is your responsibility to have your insurance company provide the Credit Union with a copy of your policy, showing all the required information.  The Credit Union reserves the right to add an insurance policy to your loan balance, at your expense, to protect our interest in this vehicle if proof of proper insurance coverage is not received.  If we add this insurance policy, it will not provide bodily injury or property damage liability. The policy will not fulfill the requirements of any financial responsibility law or statutory requirement for the no-fault coverage. 

To avoid these charges you may have your insurance company fax proof of policy to (877) 826-6064, mail it to AACE FCU, PO. Box 924184, Fort Worth, TX 76124 or submit the information online to State National at www.myloaninsurance.com.

NOTICE: Effective August 1, 2005, a $25.00 loan processing Fee will be assessed for all loan applications previously denied within the last six months. The $25.00 fee must be paid prior to the processing of the application.
